CHAPTER IV
Conduct of Business and Powers and Duties of Market Committee
3[15. Procedure and quorum of meeting of market committee.- The procedure of meeting of market committee and quorum thereof shall be such as may be prescribed.]
16. Chairman to preside over meetings of market committee.- The Chairman and if he is absent, the Vice-Chairman shall preside over every meeting of the market committee and if at any meeting both the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman are absent, such one of the members present in the meeting as may be chosen by the meeting may act as Chairman.
