Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board (Mandi Board) intends to set up a "Composite Logistics Hub" on PPP at Powarkheda (District Hoshangabad} in Madhya Pradesh. The proposed project site is spread over an area of 115 acres (approx) between National Highway No. 69 and Delhi-Mumbai Railway line next to Powarkheda Railway Station. The Project Site is approximatety 9 km from Hoshangabad town and 7 km from Itarsi.

The selected Developer will be responsible for Design, Finance, Development and Operation of the following PPP components of the Composite Logistics Hub for a period ot 30 years. * An Inland Container Depot (ICD) and a Railway Terminal with 3 railway lines Cold Storage, Warehousing, Common and Support Facilities including a Truck Hub, Utilities, etc. In addition to the above, various State Agencies will develop and operate the following complementary facilities: *A Mandi and Purchase Center to be developed and operated by the Mandi Board,* Warehousing to be developed & operated by Madhya Pradesh Warehousing & Logistics Corporation Land Status: The entire 115 acres of Land is under the ownership of Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board and is encumbrance free.Out of this, approximately 88 acres will be developed on PPP.

Bid Process:Bids are invited in a single stage two-step process. Bidders will be Pre-qualified based on criteria on Technical and Financial Capacity as specified in the RFP. Thereafter, Financial Bids of only pre-qualified bidders will be opened. The RFP Document can be purchased from the Office of the Managing Director, Mandi Board from the 14th day of publishing of this advertisement against a payment of Rs. 10,000/- only (non-refundable) in the form of a Demand Draft in the name of "Accounts Officer, Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board", payable at Bhopal. Alternatively, the RFP can also be downloaded from www.mpmandiboard.com and www.wcqt.in from the same date. In such cases the Bid Document Cost shall be deposited through Bank Draft along with the Bid, A Pre-Bid Conference will be organized at the date and venue mentioned in the RFP document.
